New to Office 2007. when i have an appointment/scheduled event in my calendar
that extends one week to the next including the weekend, and i print the
monthly calendar, it only prints the part appointment in the first week it
starts and prints nothing in the following week so when i look at a printed
calendar all i see is the start of the appointment. any ideas?

You can use the free Outlook add-in available at www.moreproductivenow.com.
It includes an Outlook-compatible Calendar window, which, when you print,
will print those multi-day events properly. (It shows them properly on
Print Preview also.)
