Is there a way to insert images in Outlook calendars as backgrounds or headers?

I checked in "Programming Outlook and Exchange 2003" before asking but was
still hoping for an answer in the affirmative.

You can export the calendar as a web page and add a background image to the
exported calender.

open a calender then click File | Save as Web Page.
