did you try new printer drivers? if that doesn't work, try printing to an
electronic document format and print from it.

The drivers to my plotters are fine. I tried your suggestion of
"printing" it to an electronic format. I tried both pdf and tiff
(different drivers and queues) and in both cases if the paper size is
larger than 11x17, Outlook will not even preview, it says invalid
paper size unable to display. If I ignore the message and select OK,
the error message states the paper size is not valid check the values
for width and height under paper. My guess Outlook will not permit
printing calendars to anything larger than 11x17.
