Is there a way to display meeting attendees on the Outlook calendar? Or any other information from the appointment/meeting request other than just the subject line? Yes Stu there is. Try the View called Day/week/month with Autopreview. It adds a few lines of data from the Notes field. You forgot to post your version. Hi Judy, You seem to be fairly knowledgeable in Outlook (2007) Calendars. Is there a way of viewing other meeting attendees (required or optional) in the day/week/month view without having to type their names into notes or subject line? This is in order to see who the meeting is with, at a glance, without opening or printing the calendar appointment or typing names that you have already selected as attendees.
