How about you provide some basic details first like:
1. version
2 message store
It's way too hard to guess what's going on when you post without the basic
details.

I made no criticism at all. I gave a direction. It's a VERY basic one. So
have a read of the link I posted and come back for advice once we are able
to advise you.
