prob in Sharing Outlook Calendar

Hi......

I m using outlook2002 , need to share outlook calendar information. I
followed the instructions given in the following urls,

Problems are:
1. Information is not updating/publishing to the ftp server
automatically..., I need to save it as web page.
2. Not able to retrieve published info of other members .
