Hi folks,

When we receive meeting requests in outlook (and accept them) - they
go into our personal calendars. Is there a way to have them update a
seperate calendar as well - specifically, a public calendar?

Thanks for the help!

There are third-party tools that can keep multiple calendars in sync.  One
thing you can do is, before you click Accept, open the meeting request and
click File>Copy to Folder, specifying the public folder as the destination.
Then you can click Accept to add it to your own calendar.
