We are a small business that uses Outlook 2003 administered on the server
management console of a Windows Server 2003 small business server.  All users
previous appointments remain in the calendar indefinitely except the CEO's.
His previous appointments drop off the calandar after 6-8 weeks.  I have
searched all setup settings and find none different than the rest of the
organization.  He does view his calendar on two local PC's and his home Apple.
Any ideas where to check for missing appointments?

have you checked the Autoarchive settings and the Archive.pst file?

Do you have any add-ins to Outlook?

Autoarchive is turned off on both local PC's.  I ask the chief to check his
home computer.  He told me he also downloads Outlook Calendar to his
Blackberry.  I read of some inconsistantcy between MS Outlook and Blackberry.

Explain Outlook add-ins???

Please tell us the whole story. It's a real waste of time and effort trying
to trouble shoot for you when we get the picture in snipets.

What tools and software does this guy use that accesses Outlook? You've
piped up about a Blackberry now but left that salient point out of the
original description of your situation.

Addins are just that - software that is added to Outlook.  There are
thousands and we cannot guess which ones you may have installed.

Here are some tips about how to post questions:
