I use Outlook 2007 but many of my collegues use Uutlook 2003. I have posted my calendar online to the office website and I sent an invitation to my collegues. The email they received contains the webcal://.... .ics link. I know that this works for Outlook 2007. No unfortunately, AFAIK Outlook 2007 is the first version to be able to subscribe to an Internet calendar....
