I'm trying to change something in existing future appointment that was
sent to several people. I want to change the appointment only for my
self and not to send the changes to the rest of the group.

The only potions are:
----------------------------------------------------------
The time of the meeting has changed.
Choose one of the options:

Save changes and send update
Don't save changes
-------------------------------------------------------------

I need to save it but not to send the update.

Thanks for all your help.

What happens of you make the changes, then simply close the window with the
upper-right X?

I got it.
you may change everything else but the time of the meeting. If you
change text, formating, etc.. you will get the 3 options. Only when
you change time of the meeting, you will get only two options to save
and send response or don't save. If you still want to save it as only
in your calendar, you must remove the people from the To: field.

My head hurts:)
