Yes. Note that the error message doesn't indicate what Live ID is relevant
to the error. I have logged into both of my active Live accounts (the one
that I have had for years and the one that Outlook prompted me to create
based on the address that that associated with my Outlook profile and with
which my wife’s online calendar invitation was sent to). In each case, I
disabled automatic authentication at both the browser and Windows user
account levels.
Additionally, I cannot tell from the error message whether this issue is
being triggered by the calendar that I am publishing from my Outlook client
or the calendar that I am trying to retrieve that my wife has published from
her Outlook client.

Well, I don't have any good (or not-so-good) ideas because I don't use
Internet calendars. Sorry.
