How do I STOP a mtng request/apt from automatically reoccurring?

Evrytime I send someone a meeting requst and thet accept it turns my request
into an infintie reoccurance- does anyone have any idea how to stop this?

Is one of you using a Dell with the Outlookaddinsetup application installed?

I am using a DEll laptop- how would I tell if the Outlook addin setup
application is installed

Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs

Yes it is- if I remove it will anything else be affected?

It might affect the MediaDirect feature of your PC, but no one has ever
complained about it in these newsgroups once they removed it.
