Hi, I am using Outlook 2007 Professional with an exchange account but the
"Open a Shared Calendar " and "Open Shared Contacts " links are not visible
in the navigation pane. Please let me know if there is some setting that I
need to configure.

Looking forward to your help.

Thanks,
RB

What view of the Navigation Pane are you using?  Those two links will appear
on ly in the Calendar view.  If you're using, say, the Folder List view, you
won't see them.  If you are using the Calendar view, reset the Navigation
Pane by starting Outlook once with the /resetnavpane command switch.
