whenever i entered any appointment in calendar, i should be able to see
entries of same category for certain period. for example, suppose i'm
entering appointment.meeting entry for MIS Meeting with say some red
category, all MIS meetings are red in my calendar. after entering that i
should be able to see only red category data. if possible for certain period
, like all red catagory data in this month.
is this possible OUTLOOK 2007.

Not a macro but a View. You can Define your own Filtered view that just
shows Items in that Category.

Create a filtered view of your calendar using the View options. You can
create several specialized views using the advanced tab accessed via
View->Arrange By-> Current View->Customize Current View->Filter.
