Hi, questions for the techs!
at my place of work, we all have the same ending (after @) e-mail address
EXCEPT for ONE person!
can you tell me how I can get her to access the public calendars on our
exchange network running Outlook 2003?
hope I made myself clear....
thanks

Hello Resi,

The answer is not so much related to Outlook as to the Exchange server.  In
short, your exchange admin needs to create a mailbox on the server, and use
the address of the woman whose email differs as the email address.  Then
there is an exchange account she can use to log into the server and see the
resources of everyone else.

You may also be able to migrate her to the server, but she would probably
lose her old email address.

In addition to what John posted, depending on the version of Exchange, you
may be able to create a custom recipient so that person can keep their email
address.

Thank you all for your comments, now I have a further question following on
from this:
can I give access to only some online calendars?
this is because we have several key volunteers who are with us for 6 months
min, but some of them such as trustees are with us for a very long time. I
would like to give them access to just one or two calendars (not necessarily
all the same ones..)
Thanks
