Sounds like the time zone thing is getting beat to death, so here goes my
question.  Scenario: Scheduling a conference call for 2:00pm CST with client
in PST time zone using Outlook calendar.  I enter 2:00 pm CST in my calendar
and send it to the client in the PST time zone.  Will that sent invitation
reflect 12:00pm PST or will it reflect thd 2:00 CST time.

Any suggestions?  Thank you.

It will reflect 12 PT - outlook handles this situation very well.
