Can I set an appt to recurr every 4th weekday?

A doctor wants to set "on-call" appointments for every 4th weekday.  For
examples, Monday, Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday, Monday,...

There is an option for "Every n days."  Is there an option that allows for
"Every n weekdays?"
