I have a user in my commmunity who is having the following issue:

When anyone either within [the company] or from the oustide sends me an
invite the invite goes immediately to my calender but I do not receive any
email notification that it is there. Thus I find my self frequently double
booked. Please resolve imidialtey

Does anyone know how to fix this or what causes it?

Thanks a lot,

Charles S.
