I would suggest that you go to the following site and look for

The big question is "Delegates" or just "View Calendar"?
Delegates are for persons that will be able to "Send As" you and
accept/decline meeting requests for you.
View Calendar permissions are for persons that simply need to
see your Calendar. You can also give elevated permissions here
for some people to be able to be Authors or Editors on your
calendar, without giving them the "Send As" permissions.
