Outlook automatically sets a recurrance how can it be cancelled?

If I wish to add information to an appointment, when i hit enter outlook
automatically make it a recurring appointment, does anyone know why and can
this feature be deleted. Thanks SS

Got a Dell?  If so, this is usually caused by the application
Outlookaddinsetup.  Remove it in Add or Remove Programs.

Thanks for reply. Dell Yes, the only outlookaddinsetup is listed as
published by cyberlink not dell, is that the one to delete? thanks ss

Yes.  This is a problem that has been known for quite some time and is even
published in the dellcommunity forums.
