MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / December 2007printing problem: doesn't show entire appt.
Greetings. New to Outlook, having a printing issue. When I print in Monthly View, my individual appointments don't fully appear in the boxes. For example, if my appointment is "John Smith conference call", it will only show what can fit on one one.."John Smith confe". Microsoft's Office download site has the "Calendar Printing Assistant" that will help with that. The printing assistant or other tools may help.
