When I create a new calendar appointment, and try to add an attendee, he
always comes up as showing busy, even though his actuak calendar is empty.

Is there a way to tell Outlook not to show him as being busy, so he can be
added to meeting requests?

outlook uses the free/busy data his mailbox publishes.  how far out is he
publishing?

His system is set for 2 months, however he still shows he is busy every day
well into next year.

It shows blue, indicating he is busy. No matter what day/time you select, it
always comes up blue.

and he has no multiple day events set up?  Try the /cleanfreebusy switch -
if running it on your side doesn't help, he'll need to run it.  (I'm pretty
sure the problem is on his end.)
