Everytime I send a meeting request via Outlook calendar to someone, it adds
info about clicking on a link to get a map and driving directions in Live
Search Maps.  I don't want this added, but can't figure out how to turn it
off.  Thanks

Here's how to do it In Outlook 2003
Tools -> Options -> Advanced Options -> COM Add-ins
Then uncheck "Live Search Maps for Outlook"

you can keep the addin and just disable the links.

in 2003, there should be an options menu on the location tool bar - disable
links in meeting requests there. In 2007, its on the office menu (formerly
File menu).

I have Outlook 2007 and don't have "Office" menu, but do have File" menu -
still don't see where the location tool bar is....
