I make a lot of use of recurring appts/meetings in Outlook, and enter
text notes specific to each occurence of the meeting the body of the
appt after the meeting, occurs.
When I want to end the recurrence because the meeting will no longer
occur, if I edit the whole series I loose my individual notes. Is
there a way to avoid loosing these notes?
It seems like the only option is to delete future appointments one at
a time. Is there a better way to do this?
Thanks,
RR
