When I attempt to add new appointment or edit appointment in my desktop
calendar in Outlook 2002 I get a message stating "Not Implemented". Plus it
is not syncing with my PDA. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

Are you using and Exchange mailbox or a PST as your data store?  What have
you done to try to correct the problem?  Have you tried a new mail profile?
