Bi-weekly reoccuring meetings

Is there a way to setup a bi-weekly reoccurring meeting in Outlook 2003?

Setting up two separate monthly meetings is not the answer I am looking for.

What's wrong with the weekly reccurrence every two weeks, the very
definition of "bi-weekly".
