Outlook 2003 on Windows XP
These sites indicate that the disappearance of the shared calendar list from
"Other Calendars" is a bug in Outlook 2003. I'm looking for the official
Microsoft documentation about it. I've searched their site, but not having
any luck.
Can anyone help?
Here's links to what I've found so far.

it's either because the navigation pane file gets corrupted or network
connectivity.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=939596 - the hotfix for connectivity
issues is in the recently released sp1.

Thanks Diane! That gets me part way there. Is there an article for Outlook
2003? I'm still looking too.

I don't recall. But AFAIK, only corruption applies to 2003.  FWIW, MS does
not publizes every bug and when the few times they do "document" known but
unfixed issues, its in the KB, along with the documentations for issues they
fixed.
