Our office sends appointments to our clients. I have created these appts in advance inside my contacts. How do I export the contact info with this appointment date and time to excel? inside the Contacts? Do you mean in the Notes area? If the field won't export then display your Contacts folder in a table view (phone list is ok or create a new view yourself). Then added the Notes field via the Field Chooser and use Crtl + A to select all and copy and paste into Excel. > Our office sends appointments to our clients.
