MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / March 2008No Alarm Icon in 2007 Outlook Calendar?
Outlook 2003 calendar shows an icon on each appointment for which an alarm is set, which I found very useful. Is there some way to get Outlook 2007 to do the same? no, not in the day / week / month view. This is ridiculous that we have to open every calendar item just to see if an alarm is set. It may seem like a small item but it's annoying and doesn't even make sense that prior versions had the icon and suddenly and without an explanation the icon is gone.
