second calendar for reminders for several people?

I want to create a second calendar with reminders for several people to be
notified to do things on certain days - is this possible? If so, how?

Version of Outlook? Generally speaking, only you can be reminded and only
with outlook2007, but you can use add-ins to send alerts to yourself or
others.
