How do I link a Meeting Attendee (i.e. Contact) who does not have an email
address to a Meeting (or other Calendar item)?
Goal is to keep track of everyone invited to a meeting.
Thanks!
Add them to the contacts field at the bottom of the meeting request form? If
using Outlook 2007, show the contact field

Thanks! I can't believe that was an option (which was turned off).
Tools, Options, Preferences Tab, Contact Options, Show Contact linking on
all forms
That's what I was accustomed to in previous versions.
Great sites, too!
