I have lots (100's) of appointments that I need to change the location on.
Is there a way to 'search and replace' in the Outlook Calendar?
no, but if the location is the same for many you can group by location and
drag to the items in the group (select the entire group to move all at once)
to the new location's group. (You can use it if the location is not the
same for many, but it will take longer. :))

Sorry Diane, but I don't understand what you are suggesting.
For example... we currenty have all of our meetings in Location: Office, but
I need to change this to say Location: Red Rock.
What do I 'drag'?
Thanks,
Barb

Never mind... I was really trying to make it harder than it was...
Thanks, I got it!
