Contact your Cell Phone software manufacturer for assistance.  Outlook is only the data repository here, it has no active role in synching.

If Microsoft ActiveSync, then microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync is where you need to post this.

I'm having similar problems, but it's compounded by the fact that I also
just switched PC's and had to port all of LookOut to the new machine. Now I
can't get the calendar information into the "normal" LookOut calendar, and
I've ended up loosing all the appointments I had!  I'd like to know why you
can't just copy the appointments to the "right" calendar!
LookOut steadfastly refuses to let this happen.  I'm not happy about the
prospect of copying every single appointment into the new calendar one at a
time!

Well, after a bunch of Googling, I found the solution.   You have to be in
the "Category" view in order to be able to do a Select All (Ctrl A) in both
calendars. Then You can copy and past "normally".  The key is in putting the
calendars in category view.  I have now got my calendar where it belongs and
it will synchronize properly.
