Hi all,

I'm setting up appointments in my boss's calendar.  For some of the
appointments he would like a reminder 1 week out and the day of the
appointment.

Is there any way to set up two different reminder times on the same
appointment?

We're using Outlook 2002 and 2003.

Thanks

no. he'd need to be reminded 1 week out then snooze for 6 days or you'll
need to make 2 appointments with 2 different reminder times.

Thanks Diane.  That's pretty much what I figured.  I was just hoping. :-)
