ics import into Outlook 2007

Hi,

I'm wondering if someone can help me with this:

I've done an .ics export of a MeetingMaker calendar (v8.70) and have
subsequently imported that file into Outlook 2007.  What I've noticed
is,
viewing meetings for some reason I see:

email.addr...@not.available

This is obviously a problem, as I can't accept, decline, propose new
time, etc. to the organizer.  Some attendees addresses also appear
that way. All of these folks are in my Outlook Contacts too.

Any ideas?

thanks in advance.

Hi,

I had previously opened the ics file in Notepad, and do see the
email.address@not.available,
as well as the CN missing from these problematic entries. The
confusing thing is, it's not
always the same person, or even the same meeting etc. If I look at a
recurring meeting,
the organizer's email address may show up for that meeting, but not
another set of recurring
meetings organized by the same person.

I don't know if there's something in the way MeetingMaker exports the
ics that Outlook doesn't
like...?  I'm stumped at the moment.

For example - I have two separate recurring meetings, both organized

if the bad addresses are in the ics, its a problem with MM, not with outlook
reading the data.

Thanks Diane,

I figured that was probably the case too.  I had opened a case w/ the
MM folks days ago, have yet
to hear back from them.  If they have anything to fix this, I'll post
it here later, in the event anyone
else ever has this problem.
