Hello, I have my blackberry set to only save outlook calendar data going back
3 months so that my blackberry is not slowed down by all the historical data.
I would still like to view the appointments on my laptop while in Outlook,
going back as long as possible.  The blackberry setting is overriding the
outlook data and I lose most appointments further than 3 months old.  Is
there a way to have the data only show for 3 months back in Blackberry but
still have the data saved in outlook so I can view it from my laptop?

If the ability exists, it will be in the Blackberry software.  Outlook does
not take part ni the sync except to act as the data repository.  My guess is
that it's not possible if that's the behavior you see, but I have a PDA that
I sync, specifying only the previous two weeks of history and its sync
software simply ignores anything older, rather than actively removing it,
so, for me, the Outlook side of things is still correct.
