changing times displayed on calendar

I don't need all 24 hours on the calendar.  I have set options to 8-5 but
still shows 24 hrs.

Tried help and it says goto calendar and click on the images in calendar.  
There are no images in calendar as shown in the help.

Can someone please post step by step how to change the times for me.

Outlook doesn't have an option to show only the working hours.
