Outlook 2003 cannot view Free/Busy beyond February 29, 2008

Is any one else experiencing this? We are running Office 2003 SP2 on XP SP2.

the default publishing period is 2 months - this month and next or Jan and
Feb.

The users have the publishing period set to 12 months. This has been verified.
