Calendar Labels

I am trying to export a calendar file through out my company. The calendar
will come up but the color labels do not show, the appointments are shown in
a white box. How can I get these color labels to import as well?

I don't believe color labels will either export or import. Those are local
to each person.

which version of outlook? are you exporting to a pst or ical?
