greyed out. how can I get the 'whole calendat' published?

Diane,
Question. Would it be better to subscribe to an internet calendar or publish
a copy of my main calendar so that I can publish the whole calendar. i run a
charter coach company and we use outlook to schedule the trips. I want to be
able to see the whole calendar from home. Which is the best  way to
accomplish this?
