Using Office 07 enterprise with sp1 on stand alone laptop...

This has happened twice now, once before sp1 and once after.

When you start Outlook 07, it shows you the reminder dialog box.  The
problem is it shows about 13,000 reminders...all reminders from the beginning
of time.  You can dismiss all, of course, but that takes quite a while.
Somehow, the old calander items are showing up as a reminder.

I have run repair, etc. but it still happens.

Any ideas?

it should only happen if you rebuild the ost. If that is necessary, set
outlook to not show reminders then once the ost is rebuilt, turn reminders
back on.
