error loading Outlook 2003 calendar addin

I have tried to download the holiday file
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924423) to add 2008-2012 holidays to Outlook
2003 and get an error messge every time I do it that says "the expected
version of the product was not found on your system".  Can anyone help?

Visit http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/missinghol.htm .  Near the bottom,
click the link labeled "Holidays for 2006 through 2012".  That will download
the HOL file you can doube click to add the days.

Do you have all the SPs installed?  You can get the HOL file at the end of
