Strange Problem With Outlook calendaring

I have a user who has created a private appointment in a calendar which he
has Editor rights to.

When he tries to delete an entry the system will not let him.

Anyone know tyhe cause of this.

Version of Outlook, version of Exchange? Can he delete it using OWA?

Is the option selected to edit their own?
