I have an entry in my Calendar but the reminder shows "twice"?

One entry but two reminders in the reminder pop-up...

Any ideas?

I have same problem and tried both cleanreminder and cleansniff but no luck.
I had the same problem a while back and the cleanreminder worked then. Any
other suggestions?

Thanks.
