With Outlook 2007, no rule is needed. You can set the Inbox for each
account separately. Tools>Account Settings

I haven't played with reminders much in my copy of Outlook 2007, but prior
to that version, reminders fire only from the delivery location folders.
I'm not aware that's changed in Outlook 2007.
