I've been using Outlook Connector for quite some time, now. Everything is
fine, except for the Calendar Server Status. I always have a yellow
exclamation triangle beside Server Status in the lower right portion of
Outlook 2007. When I click on it, I learn that the Calendar has the word
Error beside it as well as a red circle with an X in it. I talked to someone
at Microsoft, who explained my Office Live Basics account needed to be
upgraded to the $20/month account or better. Of course, after upgrading, no
change. Any ideas?

If its not working within 48 hours after upgrading, call them back - they
did not properly provision the acct.
