Hello Everyone

I've been told that it's possible to know when someone else is free or busy,
without having to be granted permission to their calendar - is this possible
and if so, please could you tell me how?

Many thanks and regards

Hi Diane,

have a look on this site :

"How to use the Internet Free/Busy feature in Outlook"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291621/en-us
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/gallery/offlinefb.htm

Maybe it helps.
