Hi! I have Outlook 2003 using Exhange server. I have set it up where I can
view someone else's calendar. Is there a option that a e-mail will be sent to
me when one of the users makes a change to their calendar? (note: I can view
their calendar.) I would like to be notified when a change is made to a users
calendar that I can view.

Not built into Outlook.  There may be third-party applications that can do
so.  Start here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.asp
