The busiest PA in my company is unable to schedule anything for her bosses
more than 2 mnths ahead.  it just shows a grayed out area beyond 2 months.I
thought it may need deleting the forms cache but that didn't work.  There are
2 PAs for these 3 bosses, and both PAs have the same problem.  Nobody else in
the company have the problem.  Any ideas massively appreciated.  Thanks

Two months is the default publishing length of the free/busy information.
If the PA's bosses want the PA to see more than two months, they'll have to
increase the free/busy publishing length.

Thanks Brian.

That was the first thing i tried.  It just shows the horrible black diagonal
lines (info unavailable).  I am wondering if the boss's individual settings
of the free/busy time would over-ride what I am doing?

As I already said, I think the bosses will have to change the free/busy
publishing time for themselves.
