The Palm Desktop software comes with Outlook conduits for
synchronizing your Palm with Outlook. Note that if you're using
Outlook 2003 or 2007, you may need to download a patch from Palm.
Check the HotSync log file to see if there are any errors related to
Outlook.
Once you have the conduits and any patches installed, you need to
configure HotSync to synchronize your calendar (and tasks, notes, etc.
if you wish) with your Palm. Right click on the HotSync icon in your
task tray (near the time) and select "Custom". In the resulting
dialog, you'll see entries like "Calendar (Outlook)". Select one,
then click on the "Change" button and select "Synchronize the files".

I have just spent the last 4 hours trying to get my Palm Z22 to sync
w/Outlook 2007. I have done the downloads, etc. tried it all-tired of the
run around- does Microsoft have any solutions?

Microsoft doesn't write software for "Palm".
