I am trying to merge my information in my Outlook calendar with Palm Desktop so I can Hot Sync it to my Treo 700p. Does anyone know how to do this easily or if it can be done at all? The Palm Desktop software comes with Outlook conduits for synchronizing your Palm with Outlook. Note that if you're using Outlook 2003 or 2007, you may need to download a patch from Palm. Check the HotSync log file to see if there are any errors related to Outlook. Once you have the conduits and any patches installed, you need to configure HotSync to synchronize your calendar (and tasks, notes, etc. if you wish) with your Palm. Right click on the HotSync icon in your task tray (near the time) and select "Custom". In the resulting dialog, you'll see entries like "Calendar (Outlook)". Select one, then click on the "Change" button and select "Synchronize the files".
